RNEP provides digital marketing services including Social Ads Management, Website Creation, and Paid Advertising Campaign Creation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

5. Payment Terms

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase for new customers. Recurring monthly charges are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billing period.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RNEP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
